Because we ship only the freshest, healthiest
livestock and package your order with
extreme care, we can guarantee that your
purchase will arrive alive and in good
condition.
If you receive a "less than fresh" fish,
or if it dies shortly after receipt, notify
us within 12 hours of receiving your order
and we will instantly credit your account,
providing the following conditions are
met:
· You must take immediate delivery of
your order and acclimate the livestock
according to the instructions below. Sometimes
fish may appear dead, but recover quickly
when acclimated. (The technical term for
this is "playing possum.")
· Do not dispose of your specimen until
you have contacted us. We reserve the
right to request that any livestock be
returned to us for verification. Do not
return the specimen unless asked to do
so.
· The specimen must not exhibit any signs
of abuse, such as torn fins or cuts.
· If all conditions are met, you will
receive an instant cash back credit for
the cost of the livestock. Shipping and
box charges are not credited.
